O2-345 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: November 19, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Engineering Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Restoration of the Historic San Mateo County Courthouse; <br />AGENDA ITEM: 8. A <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on November 18, 2002. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Hartnett, Jordan, Pierce, Ruskin, Vice Mayor Ira, <br />and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: Council Member Howard <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Ruskin/Pierce The City Council Museum Courthouse Renovation <br />Subcommittee recommends that the City Council approve; <br /> <br /> 1. The use of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) as the material to replicate <br /> the Colusa Sandstone on the building; <br /> 2. The addition of "event lighting" Scheme B, as part of the design <br /> package ($165,000); <br /> 3. An Amendment for Phase II of the contract with DES Architect's & <br /> Engineers to prepare construction/demolition documents for a not to <br /> exceed amount of $316,900; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
