<br />DCB:sh <br />DCB:sh <br /> <br />5/30/85 <br />6/06/85R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI ION <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9899 <br /> <br />JUN ~ 0 1~ <br /> <br />OJ(!GI NAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR SELECTED <br />MATERIALS FOR MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC FACILITIES 1985-86 <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for selected materials, i.e., sand, aggregate, pea <br /> <br />gravel, and fines for use by the City in the maintenance of <br /> <br />public facilities in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />selected materials; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled, "Bid Documents <br /> <br />For The Purchase of Water and Street Division's Selected <br /> <br />Materials 1985-86 Fiscal Year - Sand, Aggregate, Pea Gravel, and <br /> <br />Fines, Redwood City, California", prepared in the office of the <br /> <br />Director of Public Works and on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
