<br />DPS:djg-c 5/20/85 <br /> <br />MAY 20 1985 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9 t; 8 7 <br /> <br />ORIGINAl <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR MEMBERS OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL, AND RESCINDING ALL RESOLUTIONS, OR PORTIONS <br />THEREOF, IN CONFLICT HEREWITH <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />I. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 of the Charter <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, and wi thin the limitations of <br /> <br />Government Code Section 36516 as required by said Charter <br /> <br />Section, compensation of members of the City Council is hereby <br /> <br />established at, and each member of the Council shall receive, the <br /> <br />amount of Three Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($375.00) per month. <br /> <br />2. This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption, <br /> <br />and shall be operative from and after June I, 1985. <br /> <br />3.
