<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />9886 <br /> <br />MAY 20 1985 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES OF <br />REGISTRAR, TRANSFER AGENT AND PAYING AGENT <br /> <br />SEAPORT BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City (the <br /> <br />"City"), California, that the certain agreement by and between City and <br /> <br />Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association ("Bank"), a <br /> <br />national banking association, relating to Bank's services as agent to <br /> <br />register, transfer and pay bonds to be issued in proceedings related to <br /> <br />the Seaport Boulevard Assessment District of the City be, and it is <br /> <br />hereby, approved. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement and that the City <br /> <br />Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest the Mayor's signature <br /> <br />to said agreement and to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9886 <br />
