<br />DCB:sh 3/27/85 <br /> <br />OR\G\NAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 847 <br /> <br />APR B 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />TEJIMA-ATKINSON, INC., RELATING TO GEOTECHNICAL STUDY <br />FOR SEAPORT BOULEVARD RECONSTRUCTION AND ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />requires <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />geotechnical study for the Seaport Boulevard Reconstruction and <br /> <br />Assessment District Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage <br /> <br />Tejima-Atkinson, Inc., Redwood City, California, to perform such <br /> <br />geotechnical services which shall include, but not be limited to, <br /> <br />geotechnical consulting services: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tejima-Atkinson, Inc. has represented to the <br /> <br />City that it is experienced and qualified to perform all of the <br /> <br />abovementioned services as further described in the proposed <br /> <br />agreement; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Tejima-Atkinson, Inc. entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Geotechnical Study <br /> <br />Seaport Boulevard Reconstruction and <br /> <br />Assessment District Project" (form dated 3/27/84) a copy of which <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9847 <br />
