<br />73-29 <br /> <br />WMAM:PDA:rb 04/08/85 l7c <br /> <br />RESOLUT ION NO. 9 8 4 5 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />APR 8 1985 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS <br /> <br />SEAPORT BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br />California, that <br />WHEREAS, this Council determined to issue serial bonds to <br />represent unpaid assessments in proceedings conducted under and pursuant <br />to its Resolution of Intention No. 9795, adopted on February 4, 1985: <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk has received a written offer for the <br />purchase of the bonds to represent said unpaid assessments, and, in the <br />opinion of this Council, the best interests of the assessment district <br />will not be served by soliciting additional offers therefor: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THIS COUNCIL HEREBY ORDERS, as follows: <br />1. That the sale of said bonds is hereby awarded to Birr <br />Wilson and Company, Inc. , subject to all of the terms and conditions set <br />forth in said written offer for the purchase of the bonds. <br />2. That said bonds be prepared in accordance with the <br />proceedings of this Council and that the same be executed and delivered <br />to said purchaser upon receipt of the purchase price therefor and upon <br />the performance of the conditions contained in said written offer. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9845 <br />
