11/04/02 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14479 <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING IN ITS ENTIRETY, SECTION 6 <br />FROM RESOLUTION 13907 AND APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO <br />AGREEMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT OF ONE MAPLE STREET <br />SUBDIVISION RELATING TO THE FRANKLIN STREET <br />PROJECT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />IRVINE APARTMENT COMMUNITIES, L.P. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That Section 6 of Resolution 13907, related to elimination of physical <br />access from Lathrop Street to Maple Street, is rescinded in its entirety. <br />2. That certain Amendment entitled "Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for <br />Improvement of One Maple Street Subdivision (Irvine Apartment Communities - <br />Franklin Street Project)," by and between the City of Redwood City and Irvine <br />Apartment Communities, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, for construction <br />and installation of certain off -site public infrastructure improvements relating to <br />the Franklin Street Project, a copy of which Amendment is on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br />Amendment for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />3.
