<br />'j 3 - 2 3 <br /> <br />WMAM:PDA:rb 04/08/85 l7c <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />~" <br /> <br />9 840 <br /> <br />APR <br /> <br />8 1985 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS ON <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 9795 <br /> <br />SEAPORT BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, that <br />WHEREAS, this Council did on February 4, 1985, adopt its <br /> <br />Resolution of Intention No. 9795 to acquire and construct public <br /> <br />improvements in and for said City: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 4, 1985, this Council adopted.a resolution <br /> <br />appointing time and place of hearing protests in relation to the <br /> <br />proposed acquisitions and improvements and directing notice: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notice was given of the time and plaGe therein stated in <br /> <br />the manner provided by law, as appears from the certificates and <br /> <br />affidavits on file in the office of the City Clerk: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said matter came on regularly for hearing at the time <br /> <br />therein fixed and was duly continued to April 1, 1985 and to April 8, <br /> <br />1985: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all written protests and other written communications <br /> <br />were publicly read at said meeting and all persons desiring to be heard <br /> <br />were fully heard: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That protests against said acquisitions and improvements were <br /> <br />not signed by the owners of a majority or more of the area of the lands <br /> <br />9840 <br />
