Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />I <br />I and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />"Sidewalk Repair and Tree pro~ram Fiscal Year 1984-85" <br />I <br />including all plans and drawings teferenced therein, prepared in <br /> <br />the office of the Director of pu~lic Works and on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, are here~y approved. <br />2.
