<br />1f\-013 <br /> <br />WMAM:SSD:els 03/20/85 4c <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION N. 9 8 3 5 MAr< ~ 5 1985 <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING HE NATURE AND EXTENT OF <br />PROTESTS RECEIVED ON THE PRO OSED FORMATION OP SEAPORT <br />CENTRE MAINTENANCE DISTR CT AND THE USE OF THE <br />ALTERNATIVE METHOD POR LEVY OP BENEPIT ASSESSMENTS THEREIN <br /> <br />RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCI L OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />CALIFORNIA, that <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council did on arch 4, 1985, adopt its Resolution <br /> <br />No. 9815, entitled, "A Resolution f Intention to Form the Seaport <br /> <br />Centre Maintenance District and to Provide for the Use of the <br /> <br />Alternative Method for the Levy of Benefit Assessments", wherein it <br /> <br />appointed the time and place of he ring protests in relation to the <br /> <br />proposed formation of the Seaport Centre Maintenance District, the <br /> <br />extent thereof, the method for the 1 vy of benefit assessments and the <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notice of hearing as given of the time and place <br /> <br /> <br />formula by which the levies will be pportioned: <br /> <br />therein stated in the manner provi ed by law, as appears from the <br /> <br />certificates and affidavit on file i the office of the City Clerk: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said matter came on egu1ar1y for hearing at the time <br /> <br />fixed in said Resolution No. 9815: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS DETERMINE AND ORDERED, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That no protests, written r oral were filed or made against <br /> <br /> <br />assessments, or the formula by <br /> <br />the formation of the Seaport Centre Maintenance District, the extent <br /> <br />thereof, the method for levy of bene <br /> <br />which the levies will be apportioned. <br /> <br />9835 <br />
