Krzich Pipelin Engineering Company, Inc., San <br /> <br />Jose, California, is the lowest esponsible bidder and it is the <br /> <br />intention and desire of this Co ncil to award bid to said L.J. <br /> <br />Krzich Pipeline Engineering Compa y, Inc.: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNC L OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of L. J. Krzic Pipeline Engineering Company, <br /> <br />Inc. in the sum of Seven Hun red Ninety-Two Thousand Eight <br /> <br />Hundred Forty-Two and 50/100 Dollars ($792,842.50), computed in <br /> <br />accordance with bidder's proposa dated March 5, 1985, for the <br /> <br />reconstruction of Roosevelt Avenu Project (Phase I - Utilities), <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Manager <br /> <br /> <br />r is hereby found and declared <br /> <br />is hereby accepted and <br /> <br />to be the lowest bidder for said ork. <br /> <br />eby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf f the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agre <br /> <br />and between the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City and L.J.
