That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Steven and Judy Mulready entitled "Release and <br /> <br />Waiver of Liability", for the provision of water services to Lot <br /> <br />7, Block 201, Highlands of Emerald Lake Unit No.2, commonly <br /> <br />known as 3824 Woodland Way, a copy of which is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk and to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9816 <br />
