<br />DCB:sh 2/7/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9804 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />FEB 11 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br />HILL RELATING TO ENGINEERING <br />RESERVOIR II, REDWOOD SHORES <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AND CH2M <br />SERVICES FOR WATER STORAGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City plans to design and construct certain Water <br /> <br />Storage Reservoir improvements to its water system at Redwood <br /> <br />Shores; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to engage CH2M Hill, California , Inc. <br /> <br />of those certain services, including, but not limited to, <br /> <br />engineering studies and reports, preliminary and final design, <br /> <br />and services during construction; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CH2M Hill, California, Inc. has represented to City <br /> <br />that it is uniquely qualified and experienced to perform all of <br /> <br />the services referred to in this Agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and entitled "Agreement - For Engineering Services for Water <br /> <br />Storage Reservoir II, Redwood Shores, <br /> <br />Inc., Redwood City, <br /> <br />California" (form dated 2/6/85), a copy of which is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />Ci ty Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />980/1 <br />
