<br />73-13 <br /> <br />WMAM 'OA:rva 01/28/85 l7c <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />9797 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />FEB 4 1985 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING <br />PROTESTS IN RELATION TO PROPOSED ACQUISITIONS <br />AND IMPROVEMENTS AND DIRECTING NOTICE <br /> <br />SEAPORT BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, that <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. !) 79 5, <br /> <br />adopted on February 4, 1985, by the City Council of said City, pursuant <br /> <br />to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, Division 12 of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code of the State of California, the Engineer of Work of said <br />City has filed with the City Clerk of this City the written report <br /> <br />called for under said Act and by said Resolution of Intention, which <br /> <br />report has been presented by said City Clerk to this Council for <br />consideration, and this Council has considered and preliminarily <br /> <br />approved said report and ordered that the same stand as the report for <br /> <br />the purpose of all subsequent proceedings had pursuant to said <br /> <br />Resolution of Intention; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Monday, the 11th day of <br /> <br />March, 1985, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the regular meeting <br /> <br />place of said Council, Board of Supervisors Chambers, 401 Marshall <br /> <br />Street, Redwood City, California, be, and the same are hereby, appointed <br /> <br />and fixed as the time and place when and where the Council will consider <br /> <br />and finally determine whether the public interest, convenience and <br /> <br />necessity require said acquisitions and improvements and when and where <br /> <br />:r1l '....., <br />."
