<br />PWC:djg-c 1/24/85 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 791 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT <br />DOCUMENTS FOR ROOSEVELT AVENUE PROJECT (PHASE I <br />UTILITIES) AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications and contract documents for the reconstruction of <br /> <br />Roosevel t Avenue (Phase I - Utili ties) in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications and contract documents <br /> <br />entitled "Specifications and Contract Documents <br /> <br />Roosevelt <br /> <br />Avenue Project (Phase I - Utilities) - City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />December, 1984" including all plans and drawings referenced <br /> <br />therein, prepared by Reimer and Associates for the Director of <br /> <br />Public Works and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
