<br />SWC:sh 12/14/84 <br /> <br />Ur{fGiNAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9756 <br /> <br />DEe 1', <br />I l::Jd4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REIMBURSABLE ADVANCE OF UP TO <br />$2,078.00 TO PENINSULA YOUTH CENTER; AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received a request from the <br /> <br />Peninsula Youth Center to advance funds up to a maximum of <br /> <br />$2,078.00 to keep its Day Care Center at Fair Oaks Community <br /> <br />Center operating; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council finds that the continued operation of <br /> <br />the Day Care Center at the Fair Oaks Community Center is in the <br /> <br />public interest; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Peninsula Youth Center has indicated to this <br /> <br />Council that it will repay all sums so advanced by the City on or <br /> <br />before December 31, 1985; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby approves the request of the <br /> <br />Peninsula Youth Center for a $2,078.00 reimbursable advance, <br /> <br />payable as needed, which sums shall be repaid to the City on or <br /> <br />before December 31, 1985. <br /> <br />2.
