ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> For <br /> <br /> HOUSING REVITALIZATION PROGRAM <br /> <br /> (NORTH PENINSULA NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES CENTER) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~-~ day of ~cx~a~_, <br />1999, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California, (City) and the NORTH PENINSULA NEIGHBORHOOD <br />SERVICES CENTER, a California nonprofit corporation (Contractor); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Contractor conducts a housing revitalization program for residents of the <br />City (the Program); and <br /> <br /> ~WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct <br />the Program for residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1999, and <br />ending June 30, 2000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to Contractor <br />the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) from its Community Development Block <br />Grant funds for the Program; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Financial Assistance. City shall allocate to Contractor the sum of Twenty <br />Thousand Dollars ($20,000) for exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year <br />commencing July 1, 1999, and ending June 30, 2000, solely for the purposes described <br />in paragraph 2. <br /> <br />10/15/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
