<br />SWC:sh <br /> <br />9/12/84 <br /> <br />ORIGI NAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 9 693 <br /> <br />SEP 1 7 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH MIDPENINSULA CITIZENS FOR FAIR HOUSING <br />(HISPANIC FAIR HOUSING AUDIT) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is concerned that equal <br /> <br />housing opportunities be provided to residents and potential <br /> <br />residents of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Midpeninsula Citizens <br /> <br />for Fair Housing has <br /> <br />demonstrated experience in conducting fair housing audits; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires that Midpeninsula Citizens for <br /> <br />Fair Housing provide such services to residents and potential <br /> <br />residents of Redwood City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement (Hispanic Fair <br /> <br />Housing Audit)" (form dated 9/12/84), a copy of which agreement <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved; and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br /> <br />the agreement approved herein for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />i"::' () <) <br />\} ,j ~ <br />
