<br />SWC:sh 9/13/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9692 <br /> <br />OafGINAl <br />SEP 1 7 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES WITH JONES HALL HILL & <br />WHITE, A PROFESSIONAL LAW CORPORATION, IN CONNECTION <br />WITH MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING FINANCING BOND <br />PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to undertake a <br /> <br />Multifamily Rental Hou8ing Financing Program and proposes to <br /> <br />finance the costs thereof by the issuance of bonds by the City; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is desirable to employ legal counsel in <br /> <br />connection therewith; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jones Hall Hill & White, A Professional Law <br /> <br />Corporation, has represented to this Council that it is <br /> <br />experienced in municipal bond law and in the conduct of <br /> <br />proceedings for accomplishing such a program and conducting <br /> <br />financing proceedings therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Jones Hall Hill & White, A Professional Law <br /> <br />Corporation, <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />legal <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />connection with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />proceedings relating to a Multifamily Rental Housing Financing <br /> <br />Program, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />9 69~ <br />
