3/16/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13297 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br /> SERVICES RELATING TO THE UPGRADE OF FINANCIAL <br /> APPLICATION SOFTWARE <br /> <br /> (THE WARNER GROUP) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to upgrade its financial <br />application software (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Warner Group of Woodland Hills, California, represents <br />that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid <br /> <br />services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Services - Upgrade of Financial Application Software" (form dated 03/11/98R), <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and The Warner Group for the performance of the above-mentioned <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />Reso-367 1 <br />G:\shared\redwood\council <br />DES:djk <br />03/05/98 13297 <br /> <br /> <br />
