HOLT RELATING TO DESIGN SERVICES FOR REDWOOD CITY <br />PUBLIC LIBRARY BUILDING PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires design and <br /> <br />services in connection with the design and construction of the <br /> <br />Redwood City Public Library building project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Raymond <br /> <br />M. Holt, Del Mar, California, to perform such design services <br /> <br />which shall include, but not be limited to review of preliminary <br /> <br />design requirements, technical specifications, building program <br /> <br />site studies, and architectural drawings and specifications for <br /> <br />the subject project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Raymond M. Holt has represented to the City that it <br /> <br />is experienced and qualified to perform all of the abovementioned <br /> <br />services as further described in the proposed agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOHS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Raymond M. Holt, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />Public Library Design Services" (form dated 11/1/84) a copy of <br /> <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />9746 <br />
