<br />DCB:sh 11/01/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9732 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />NOV 5 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FURNISHING <br />OF ONE 2~ TON DUMP TRUCR; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERR TO <br />CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for the furnishing of one (1) 2~ Ton Dump Truck; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the <br /> <br />furnishing of such equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOvvS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the Director of Finance and on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, entitled "City of Redwood City - Specifications For 2~ Ton <br /> <br />Dump Truck", are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
