<br />DCB:rks 7/05/84 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />JUL 9 1984 <br /> <br />9622 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />RECONSTRUCTION OF SEAPORT BOULEVARD - STATION 5 + 24.48 <br />TO STATION 50 + 66.89, PHASE II AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for the Reconstruction of Seaport Boulevard, Phase <br /> <br />II in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />improvement project; <br /> <br />NOvl, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain specifications entitled "Contract Documents <br /> <br />and Technical Specifications for Reconstruction of Seaport <br /> <br />Boulevard - Station 5 + 24.48 to Station 50 + 66.89, Phase II, <br /> <br />Redwood City, California - July, 1984", including all plans and <br /> <br />drawings referenced therein, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & <br /> <br />Associates and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
