DCB:rks 6/15/84 JUN 25 1984 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 9610 OR1GH~AL RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL tA.AP OF' CORDILLERAS HEIGHTS UNIT NO. 3 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXE:CUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONs'rRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final map of Cordilleras Heights Unit No. 3 Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates for Redwood City Associates, a California corporation, John F. Kuffer and Betty M. Kuffer, Paul C. Keckley, Jr. and Margaret T. KeckJ ey, L. W. Brouhard and Jennifer A. Brouhard, owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for this subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions: (a) That, before the release of said final map by City for recordation, the owners or subdividers of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvements of Cordilleras Heights Unit No. 3 Subdivision," wherein the owners or subdividers, in consideration of the approval of said map by the City, shall agree to construct and complete, in the time specified in said agreement, all improvements required of owners under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said Ci ty, and such other improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement.
