<br />DCB:rks 6/06/84 <br /> <br />ORiGlNAl <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 959 9 <br /> <br />JUN 11 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF NORTH COTE <br />PLACE SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map of North Cote Place Subdivision <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City, prepared by James F. Carroll & <br /> <br />Associates for North Cote Group, owner of record of said <br /> <br />subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public <br /> <br />\'lorks as being in conformity with the tentative map for this <br /> <br />subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that <br />certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement <br />for the Improvements of North Cote Place <br />Subdivision," wherein the owner or subdivider, in <br />consideration of the approval of said map by the <br />Ci ty, shall agree to construct and complete, in <br />the time specified in said agreement, all <br />improvements required of owner under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City <br />of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations <br />of said City, and such other improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a <br />good and sufficient security in a form to be <br />approved by the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance by said owner or subdivider <br />of all work and the construction of all <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said <br /> <br />9599 <br />
