2/2/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13279 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT WITH DELTA DENTAL PLAN OF CALIFORNIA <br /> TO PROVIDE FOR AND TO ADMINISTER SELF-FUNDED <br /> DENTAL PLAN FOR THE REDWOOD CITY POLICE OFFICERS <br /> AND POLICE SERGEANTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Delta Dental Plan", by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br />Delta Dental Plan of California, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-354 <br />FXS:djk 13 2 7 9 <br />G:lSharedlRedwoodlCouncil <br />01/23/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
