<br />SWC:rks 5/31/84 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />959~ <br /> <br />JUN <br /> <br />4 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP 84-6, <br />REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br />CONDITIONS; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT CONCERNING THE FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF SAID <br />SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain parcel map entitled <br /> <br />"Parcel Map <br /> <br />84-6" <br /> <br />Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Whaley & <br /> <br />Associates, Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors, for Parkwood 101 <br /> <br />Associates, a Texas general partnership, owner of record of said <br /> <br />subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public <br /> <br />Works as being in conformity with the tentative parcel map for <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />subdivision, <br /> <br />is approved, <br /> <br />subj ect to the <br /> <br />following <br /> <br />condition: <br /> <br />That, before the release of said final map by <br />City for recordation, the owner or subdivider of <br />said subdivision shall enter into and execute <br />that certain proposed subdivision agreement on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled <br />"Subdivision Agreement for Parcel Map No. 84-6" <br />wherein the owner or subdivider, in consideration <br />of the approval of said map by the City, shall <br />agree that no buildings shall be constructed on <br />the subject property until the City shall have <br />adopted a "specific plan" covering the entire <br />property, as provided in Sections 65500-65553 of <br />the California Government Code, and until the <br />owner or subdivider shall have executed a <br />development agreement covering the subject <br />property which shall be approved by the City. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />95~~ <br />
