<br />DCB:rks 5/25/84 <br /> <br />JUN 4 1984 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9;)~:~ 1 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND RESOURCE <br />ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT, RELATING TO ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES FOR OAK AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires engineering <br /> <br />services for the Oak Avenue Reconstruction Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Resource <br /> <br />Engineering and Management, Burlingame, California, to perform <br /> <br />such engineering services which shall include, but not be limited <br /> <br />to, engineering studies and evaluations, preliminary improvement <br /> <br />plans, final improvement plans, and pre-construction services; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resource Engineering and Management has represented <br /> <br />to the City that it is experienced and qualified to perform all <br /> <br />of the abovementioned services as further described in the <br /> <br />proposed agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Resource Engineering and Management, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />for Engineering Services for Oak Avenue Reconstruction Project" <br /> <br />(form dated 5/25/84) a copy of which is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9591 <br />
