<br />SWC:rks 5/08/84 <br /> <br />ORlGH~AL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />Uh::77 <br />~} ~,' <br /> <br />MAY 14 J984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY <br />REGARDING RECONSTRUCTION OF GAS TRANSMISSION LINE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Pacific Gas and Electric Company ("PG&E") regarding cooperation <br /> <br />in the reconstruction of PG&E's Gas Transmission Line No. 101 <br /> <br />between Winslow Street and Marsh Road in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, and to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9577 <br />
