<br />SWC:rks 5/10/84 <br /> <br />MAY 14 1984 <br /> <br />9575 <br /> <br />OfrGn"jJ~L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND TRI <br />STATE ENGINEERING Cm1PANY, RELATING TO PLAN CHECKING OF <br />SEAPORT CENTRE PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires checking of plans <br /> <br />and all relevant documentation for Seaport Centre Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Tri <br /> <br />State Engineering Company, Redwood City, California, to perform <br /> <br />such checking which shall include, but not be limited to, plans, <br /> <br />specifications, estimates, soils report, final subdivision map, <br /> <br />amended <br /> <br />parcel <br /> <br />map, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />preparation <br /> <br />and/or <br /> <br />review <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />documentation relevant to the project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tri State Engineering Company has represented to <br /> <br />the City that it is experienced and qualified to perform all of <br /> <br />the abovementioned services as further described in the proposed <br /> <br />agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and Tri State Engineering Company, entitled "Agreement - <br /> <br />Seaport Centre Plan Checking" (form dated 5/10/84) a copy of <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />9;;75 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
