<br />SWC:rks 5/01/84 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />956ti <br /> <br />95()6 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND RALPH <br />ANDERSON & ASSOCIATES, INC., RELATING TO A <br />CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION STUDY FOR MISCELLANEOUS <br />GROUP EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a Classification <br /> <br />and Compensation Study for Miscellaneous Group Employees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Ralph <br /> <br />Anderson & Associates, Sacramento, California, to perform such <br /> <br />study; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ralph Anderson & Associates, Inc. has represented <br /> <br />to the City that it is experienced and qualified to perform all <br /> <br />of the abovementioned services as further described in the <br /> <br />proposed agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Ralph Anderson & Associates, entitled IIAgreement <br /> <br />Classification and Compensation Study for Miscellaneous Group <br /> <br />Employees" (form dated 5/1/84), a copy of which is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference lS hereby made <br /> <br />for full particulars thereof is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9 f:' 6." r.:. <br />tJ ._. \) <br />
