<br />, .. . <br /> <br />WTM JR.: rk <br /> <br />4/11/84 <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9559 <br /> <br />ORIGI NAL' <br />APR 2 3 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEBEST REQUIRES <br />THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT <br />ALONG ROOSEVELT AVENUE FROIl EL CAMINO REAL TO A POINT <br />APPROXIMATELY 110 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY OF HUDSON STREET; <br />DESIGNATING SAID DISTRICT AS UNDERGROUND UTILITY <br />DISTRICT NO. 1984-1; PROVIDING A DESCRIPTION OF SAID <br />DISTRICT; AND STATING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING <br />OBJECTIONS BY PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE FORMATION OF <br />THE DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Article II of Chapter 11 of the Code of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City provides a procedure for the establishment of <br /> <br />underground utility districts within portions of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Director of Public Works <br /> <br />have reported to this Council and recommended the establishment <br /> <br />of the hereinafter described underground uti~ity district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the proposal and <br /> <br />recommendations and has determined that the public interest <br /> <br />and convenience require the establishment of said underground <br /> <br />utility district; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. It lS hereby found and determined that the public <br /> <br />interest and convenience requires the establishment of the <br /> <br />hereinafter described underground utility district. <br /> <br />9559 <br />
