0 R I G I N A L 1/5/98 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13267 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING REVISED <br /> ENGINEERING STANDARDS FOR THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 13020 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Standard Technical <br />Specifications", "City Standard Details", and "Design Criteria", collectively <br />described as "Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood City", revised <br />effective January 5, 1998 are hereby approved and adopted as the minimum <br />standard specifications for the construction of public improvements in the City of <br />Redwood City; provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall be <br />deemed to limit the authority of this Council, or any commission, board or officer <br />of the City to require higher or different standards as may otherwise be duly <br />authorized or required. <br /> <br /> 2. The Director of Community Development Services and any and all <br /> other duly authorized officers of the City of Redwood City are hereby authorized <br /> and directed to implement the revised standards hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 3.
