DES:d~ 12/05/97 (071/42) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 12/18/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13263 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF GOSSAMER <br /> VILLAGE - UNIT NO. 2, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br /> TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br /> OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including <br />dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Gossamer <br />Village - Unit No. 2", prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, Civil <br />Engineers, consultants for M.J. Brock & Sons, Inc., a Delaware <br />corporation doing business as Ryland Homes Bay Area Division, the <br />owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br />City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said <br />subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of Gossamer Village - Unit No. 2", (form dated <br /> 12/05/97) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br /> <br /> <br />
