12/1/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13256 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF LANDSCAPE <br /> MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br /> <br /> (SOUTH BAYSlDE SYSTEM AUTHORITY) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Landscape Maintenance <br />Services" (form dated 11/17/97), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and the South Bayside System <br />Authority, a public entity, for the performance by City of landscape maintenance <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-332 <br /> DES:djk <br /> F~Shared/Redwood/Cou ncil <br /> 11/17/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
