0 R I G I N A L 11/17/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13254 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A 10 FOOT WIDE <br /> UNDERGROUND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT IN MARINA PARK <br /> CENTER IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PURSUANT TO PART <br /> 3 OF DIVISION 9, CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE <br /> OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at §8300) <br />of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, by its Resolution No. 13222, adopted <br />October 27, 1997, declared its intention to vacate the hereinafter described <br />portion of a 10 foot wide underground public utility easement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and Highways <br />Code, notice of intention to vacate the described portion of a 10 foot wide <br />underground public utility easement has been published and posted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing on the question of vacating said portion of a <br />10 foot wide underground public utility easement has been held and evidence <br />thereon received; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
