<br />Cr:;M:rb 12/05/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 495 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />DEe 1 2 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AMENDED FINAL MAP <br />OF EXECUTIVE GUILD REDWOOD BUSINESS PARK SUBDIVISION, <br />REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a final map of Executive Guild Redwood Business <br /> <br />Park Subdivision was conditionally approved and accepted by <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9258, adopted November 1, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Subdivider. Guildhouse Development Corporation, <br /> <br />has requested that an amended final map be approved and accepted, <br />which map is in compliance with the provisions of the Subdivision <br /> <br />Map Act; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain amended final map of Executive Guild Redwood <br /> <br />Business Park Subdivision, entitled "Amended Map of Executive <br /> <br />Guild Redwood Business Park Subdivision," is approved and <br /> <br />accepted subject to the conditions as described in the <br /> <br />aforementioned Resolution No. 9258. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Q <br />v <br /> <br />
