0 R I G I N A L 11/3/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13238 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR HOUSING REVITALIZATION PROGRAM <br /> <br /> (NORTH PENINSULA NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE CENTER) <br /> <br /> VVHEREAS, the North Peninsula Neighborhood Service Center <br />("Contractor") conducts a housing revitalization program for residents of the City <br />of Redwood City (the "Program"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br />conduct the Program during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1997, and <br />ending June 30, 1998; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood' City has reviewed said request and <br />desires to allocate to Contractor, the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars <br />($20,000.00) from its Community Development Block Grant funds for the <br />foregoing purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement providing for such funding has been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve said <br /> <br />agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Housing Revitalization <br /> Program (North Peninsula Neighborhood Service Center)," (form dated <br /> <br /> <br />
