0 R I G I N A L 10/27/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13224 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PARAMEDIC TRAINING PROGRAM <br /> <br /> (SAMARITAN TRAINING CENTER) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter agreement dated October 22, 1997 by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br />Samaritan Training Center of Vacaville, California for paramedic training of 13 <br />Redwood City Fire Department sponsored employees, a copy of which letter <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-321 <br /> DES:djk <br /> F~Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> 10/23/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
