0 R I G I N A L 10/27/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13220 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF A <br /> "MODEL COMPLEX" AT GOSSAMER VILLAGE SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and M. J. BROCK & SONS, <br />INC., a Delaware corporation doing business as RYLAND HOMES BAY AREA <br />DIVISION, entitled "Agreement for the Development of a 'Model Complex' at <br />Gossamer Village Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-313 <br /> F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 10/07/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
