MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY <br />March 26, 2007 <br />MO. 07-048 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />DATE: March 27, 2007 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Planning Department <br />SUBJECT: Downtown Precise Plan <br />AGENDA ITEM: 7A (601) <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 26, 2007. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Vice Mayor Foust and <br />Mayor Pierce <br />Absent: None <br />The following motions were made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br />M/S Foust/Ira to introduce an Ordinance approving the Downtown Precise Plan <br />and selecting the "Moderate Intensity Alternative" build-out standard with <br />recommended revisions. The moderate Intensity Alternative build-out standard <br />will be documented in an Appendix of the Downtown Precise Plan. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ADOPTING THE REDWOOD CITY DOWNTOWN PRECISE PLAN AND THE <br />MODERATE INTENSITY ALTERNATIVE AS THE MOST APPROPRIATE MAXIMUM <br />ALLOWABLE DEVELOPMENT LIMITATION FOR THE DOWNTOWN PRECISE PLAN <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br />~ , `a.~ ~ g--~ <br />Patricia S.
