ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13202 9/22/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP <br /> NO. 97-5; ABANDONING THE NON-ACCESS LINES IN <br /> ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION <br /> 66499.20112 OF THE SUBDIVISION MAP ACT; AND DIRECTING <br /> THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID MAP FOR RECORDATION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain parcel map identified as "Parcel Map No. 97-5," dated <br />August 1997, prepared by Smith Randlett Foulk & Stock, Inc., Civil Engineers <br />and Land Surveyors for the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California, the owner of record of the real property described by said <br />Parcel Map, which provides for the merger and resubdivision of Lots 7 and 8, as <br />said Lots are shown on that map entitled "Sandpiper Subdivision Unit No. 2", <br />filed in Volume 16 of Maps at pages 69-71; and Lot 1 as shown on that certain <br />map entitled "Lakeside Subdivision Unit No. 1", filed in Volume 121 of Maps at <br />pages 1-3, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The area shown on said Parcel Map as "Non-Access Abandonment" is <br /> hereby abandoned for such use and in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Section 66499.20% of the Subdivision Map Act. <br /> <br /> 3.
