AGREEMENT <br /> for <br /> <br /> MAPLE STREET EMERGENCY SHELTER <br /> AND TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM <br /> <br /> (SHELTER NETWORK OF SAN MATEO COUNTY) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~. ~'~'~ day of <br />~'c~~~ra:ioi0~ 'th~Ysta~edo~eca~V:efcnrn:~e(cCil)~ anO~sH~TWEORONDE~IwT~'R~ <br />OF SAN MATEO COUNTY, a California nonprofit corporation (Contractor); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor conducts an emergency shelter, transitional housing, and <br />comprehensive support services for homeless individuals who reside in the City (the <br />Program); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct <br />the Program for residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2001, and <br />ending June 30, 2002; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to enter into an <br />agreement with Contractor to provide financial assistance in furtherance of its public <br />purposes. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Financial Assistance. City shall allocate to Contractor the total sum of <br />Fifteen Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($15,000.00) for exclusive use by Contractor <br />during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2002, solely for the <br /> <br />8/15/01 <br /> <br /> <br />
