0 R I G I N A L 9/8/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13193 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR FUNDING OF THE EL CAMINO REAL <br /> TRAFFIC SIGNAL INTERCONNECT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> (C/CAG) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Regarding Distribution and <br />Use of 1997-98 AB 434 Funds," by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and the City/County Association <br />of Governments of San Mateo, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-281 <br /> DES:rg <br /> 08/27/97 <br /> F~Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> <br /> <br />
