0 R I G I N A L 9/8/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13191 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> RELATING TO PHASE II OF THE RTSOP GRID PROJECT <br /> <br /> (CCS PLANNING AND ENGINEERING, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to connect thirteen (13) <br />traffic signals through centralized control and improve the City's traffic signal <br />center computer system and signal controllers (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Project comprises the second phase of such <br />centralization; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CCS Planning and Engineering, Inc. of Fremont, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Consulting Engineering <br />Services - Phase II of the RTSOP Grid Project" (form dated 08/27/97), by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and CCS Planning and Engineering, Inc., for the performance of the <br /> <br /> Reso-282 <br />G\shared\redwood~council <br /> DES:rg <br /> 08/27/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
