0 R I G I N A L 9/8/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13190 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br /> SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC STUDY AND TRAFFIC IMPACT FEE <br /> STUDY FOR 649 AND 700 BAIR ISLAND ROAD AND EAST <br /> BAYSHORE/BLOOMQUIST ROADWAY EXTENSION <br /> <br /> (FEHR & PEERS ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a traffic impact, traffic <br />circulation, and parking study in order to understand the traffic impacts of the <br />proposed development of the properties located at 647 and 700 Bair Island Road <br />in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />transportation consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Fehr & Peers Associates, Inc. of Lafayette, California, <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform <br /> <br />the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Services - Traffic Study and Traffic Impact Fee Study for 649 and 700 Bair Island <br />Road and East Bayshore/Bloomquist Roadway Extension" (form dated <br />08/28/97), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br /> <br />Reso-283 1 <br />G:~shared\redwood\council <br />FXS:rg <br />FXS:fs <br />08/28/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
