0 R I G I N A L 9/8/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13189 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES <br /> RELATING TO PROPOSED TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> (WILLIAM EUPHRAT MUNICIPAL FINANCE, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires professional financial <br />advisory services for the City's proposed Redwood Shores Traffic Improvement <br />Project (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, William Euphrat Municipal Finance, Inc., of San Francisco, <br />California, a California corporation, represents that it is qualified and experienced <br /> <br />to furnish such services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Financial Consulting <br />Services (Redwood Shores Traffic Improvement Project)" (form dated 08/29/97), <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and William Euphrat Municipal Finance, Inc., of San Francisco, <br />California, for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br /> <br /> <br />
