<br />CGM:djg-c 7/20/83 <br /> <br />O:\lGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9394 <br /> <br />JUL 2 5 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR WATER TELEMETRY SYSTEM <br />MAINTENANCE; REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS RECEIVED; AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9337, adopted June 20, <br /> <br />1983, the City Clerk called for bids for water telemetry system <br /> <br />maintenance in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Diablo Control Co., Fairfield, California, is the <br /> <br />lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of <br /> <br />this Council to award said contract to Diablo Control Co.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Diablo Control Co. in the amount of Thirteen <br /> <br />Thousand Three Hundred Twelve and No/100 Dollars ($13,312.00), <br /> <br />more or less, for basic services and those additional, overtime, <br /> <br />and emergency hourly rates listed for such respective services in <br /> <br />Bidder's Proposal entitled "Quotation Summary" for water telemetry <br /> <br />system maintenance in accordance with the contract documents <br /> <br />therefor on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby <br /> <br />accepted and said bidder is hereby declared to be the lowest <br /> <br />responsible bidder. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated 7/20/83), by <br /> <br />9394 <br />
