<br />CGM:rb 6/15/83 <br />CGM:rb 6/23/83R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9382 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 27 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING A REVISED FEE SCHEDULE POLICY FOR THE USE <br />OF THE VETERANS MEMORIAL BUILDING; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION <br />NO. 8200 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission has recommended <br /> <br />the adoption by this Council of a revised schedule of fees for the <br /> <br />use of the Veterans Memorial Building; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that approval of such <br /> <br />revised schedule of fees for the Veterans Memorial Building would <br /> <br />be in the public interest and for the public benefit; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the following revised schedule of fees for the use <br /> <br />of the Veterans Memorial Building which schedule is in conformance <br /> <br />with the Rules and Regulations for the use of the Veterans <br /> <br />Memorial Building is hereby approved and adopted: <br /> <br />I. Designated Facilities (excluding Little Theater and <br />Lockers) : <br /> <br />(a) Group I, II, and III Activities: no charge. <br /> <br />(b) Group IV Activities: <br /> <br />(1) No charge during regular daily hours of <br />operation. A custodial fee will be charged at <br />current salary schedule for custodial help for <br />hours other than regular daily hours of <br />operation (Friday evening, Saturday and <br />Sunday) . <br /> <br />9382 <br />
