<br />CGM:rb <br /> <br />6/2/83 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9369 <br /> <br />JUN 6 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR TREE TRIMMING SERVICES (BREWSTER <br />RESERVOIR) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Redwood City requires expert <br /> <br />tree trimming services in connection with the cutting, <br /> <br />trimming and removal of trees at Brewster Reservoir; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PIERRE IRIARTBORDE GARDENING has represented <br /> <br />to the City that it is uniquely experienced and qualified <br /> <br />to perform all the aforesaid services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and PIERRE <br /> <br />IRIARBORDE GARDENING, for the performance of the aforesaid <br /> <br />tree trimming services, and it is the intention and desire <br /> <br />of this Council to approve said agreement and authorize its <br /> <br />execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> <br />6/2/83) by and between the City of Redwood City and PIERRE <br /> <br />IRIARTBORDE GARDENING, a copy of which agreement lS on file ln <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for the full terms and conditions thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9 ~J c 9 <br />~) '\) <br />
